The Convento do Espinheiro, A Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa is housed in a former monastery dating from the 15th century, classified as a national monument. The 92 rooms, where exquisite details are mingled, are located in the former convent and in the new wing, harmoniously integrated in the gardens. Among the available equipment includes three pools, a SPA with five treatment rooms and a panoramic restaurant\/lounge next to the waterfall pool. It is surrounded by magnificent gardens and is situated just two kilometres from Évora, a city classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Roman and medieval necropolis, consisting of four graves of different types and chronology. Some graves are structured with vertical slate slabs, others in the shape of a box, and still others as anthropomorphic sarcophagi. The excavations carried out at the site allowed the removal of some remains consisting of ceramic artefacts, in addition to an anthropomorphic stele, currently on display in the Abade de Baçal Museum garden, in Bragança. However, of all the tombs discovered, only two anthropomorphic sarcophagi remain, leaning against the elevation on the Epistle side of the Sanctuary of Santa Marinha.

Milestone of the Via XVII of the Antonine itinerary, which connected Bracara Augusta (Braga) to Asturica Augusta (Astorga) through Aquae Flaviae (Keys). It is a medium-grained granite cylinder the rude, well carved, with about 1.20 meters high and one meter in maximum diameter. Presents two crosses recorded evidence of reuse in later times. It was found near the bridge of the Bow, during the works of the dam of Venda Nova, and placed in the garden adjacent to the dam, at Cambedo. A few years ago this site was removed and taken to the garden of Venda Nova.

Megalithic monuments consisting of two menhirs situated relatively close to each other. It is a monolith carved from a block of greywacke, dark gray in color, with a brown patinated surface. It has a star-like appearance, an ellipsoidal cross-section, and measures a little over three meters in height, making it the largest example of greywacke known to date in Portugal. Everything indicates that these menhirs were built in the second half of the fourth millennium BC. The site is surrounded by a net, so it can only be visited from the outside.

Ponta de São Lourenço is a peninsula classified as a Partial Natural Reserve, and the islet of Desembarcadouro as an Integral Natural Reserve, both integrated into the Madeira Natural Park and on the list of Sites of Community Interest in the Natura 2000 Network. It consists of some volcanic hills of recent origin and steep and very high rocky cliffs that fall steeply into the sea, featuring some caves and pebble coves. Along the coast there are two main islets: Desembarcadouro and Farol. There are some endemic plants and protected animal species such as the sea lion.

A circular walking trail of approximately seven kilometers, the Burga Dam is the landmark, passing alongside it first and enjoying distant views throughout. The trail climbs the slopes of the Serra de Bornes to Monte do Carvalhal, then passes through Colmeais.
