Cabo Sardão is the westernmost point of the Alentejo Coast, a place of absolute harmony between land and sea, guarded by a lighthouse. This is a transit point along the coastal road connecting Almograve to Zambujeira. Near the cliff, you can admire the veins carved into the rocky walls, the islets nesting along the coast, and the white storks that nest here.

The Ponta Delgada Marina, also known as Portas do Mar, was inaugurated in July 2008. In this leisure and commercial area you can find a maritime terminal, a recreational marina, a swimming pool, a parking lot, an amphitheater and a sea pavilion. There is also, as one would expect, a wide variety of shopping arcades, restaurants, bars and shops.

In the village with the same name, is hidden Praia da Figueira. Although there are plates, automobile access is limited, duly signposted. From a certain point, there is a narrow path to a few meters to the beach. This is flat, without oscillations and very quiet. Looking at the top of the cliff can be seen traces of a 16th-century fortification. Great for sea baths.

A very beautiful beach, located in the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa, with good quality water that is very rich in iodine. It can be acceded by boat at a price of 1.60 € but one must take heed in some windy days when the waves may be over two metres tall. Varied restaurants, with a special note to fine shellfish.

This unassuming restaurant you can taste some good traditional Portuguese dishes. Among the specialties include: Squid kebabs with prawns, roast cod to Pearl II, cozido à Portuguesa (Thursdays and Sundays), roast lamb (Sundays) and thick rump steak (with cream sauce and lemon). Molotov with lemon juice is the suggestion for dessert.

The Sale & Dolce is an Italian restaurant in the chain Al Forno Porto, situated in the historical centre of Braga. It can be enjoyed, among others, wood-oven pizzas, fresh folders and many more typically Italian flavours, which recently allied with the exoticism of oriental cuisine of Nikko, a Japanese restaurant that shares space with the Sale & Dolce.
