The chapel dedicated to s. Matthew is a granite building, rectangular plant oriented Southeast\/Northwest. The front facade has a simple rectangular portal and in the elongation of the gable boasts a Bell Tower crowned by a Celtic Cross. Within stands, at the head, the main altar in carved and painted with Golden motifs, which houses religious imaginary.

Features inside-high wooden choir, pulpit and baptistery in the Gospel side, lateral altarpiece, altar-piece of the epistle side and the main altarpiece revivalists, polychrome and gilded carvings, and the Mannerist Gospel side. The roof of the nave has Rococo painting.

It is believed that the original temple was built in the 14th century or 15TH CENTURY by the order of Christ, dating the current church of 1694. This Manor house was built in 1649 and remodeled in 1732. It has baroque outline with rectangular plan and two floors. On the main floor it stands out the seventeen hundreds decoration with paintings and the ceiling. The house is surrounded by a typical Portuguese garden with different interesting motifs, such as the houses for agricultural purposes, the watering systems, the waterwheel, the lakes and the tanks.
