Building dating from the early 19TH century, after being refurbished at the end of the Decade of 70. At this point, suffered profound changes in its structure, with emphasis on the advancement of the facade with coverage and balcony that opens on the terreiro do toural. Here they ran various social institutions, such as the finance, the Bureau of internal revenue, the offices of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, and the post office. In front of this building is the "gallows oak", where they were tragically punished criminals, until 1844.

The Teófilo Braga garden, paying homage to the poet, writer and teacher with the same name, is also known by Parada Garden for being the former yard of the quarter parade. The statue paying homage to the feminine popular rebellion of Maria da Fonte, placed in the garden in 1920, is the origin of its other name, besides Campo de Ourique for it is the only one in this area. At the beginning of the decade the garden was recovered, equipped with new fittings and keeping some patrimonial elements. It is a tree area with two lakes and a playground.

The Companhia das Lezírias is famous for its wines and its horse breeding. Its restaurant is also quite appreciated with fine dishes of the Ribatejo region. On saturdays the motto is: those who can eat all the country buffet won't have to pay for their meal. It is a rather well served banquet, meaning every customer will pay their bill in the end. On sundays, on can enjoy the "cozido bravo ribatejano" for only 15.5 €. A welcoming space where reservations are recommended, mostly on the weekends.

Traces of rock Mills, located in place of Santa Marinha. The mills are cave dug into the rock structures consisting of a sink for pisa (or calcatorium), outflow channels of liquids extracted from pisa and, in some cases, the pious (or lacus) and post holes that withstood the structure for pressing (or stipites). Had grape processing function, i.e. the production of wine.

The dolmen of Casfreires consists of nine pillars, four of them shot down into the Chamber. The "hat" is listed, and can see in his face outside fossetes (dimples) and some crosses and dates. The Tumulus is partially destroyed. Is classified as a national monument.

Roman fortification, rebuilt by the Moors and transformed into a medieval castle. Completely destroyed by the Christian Reconquest, it was rebuilt in 1439 by the House of Bragança. Later, the Paço dos Gamas was built here, of which only a few ruins and the clock tower survive.

Famous Manueline window that came from the Convento do carom built in 1520 and then destroyed during the XIX century. This is the best and most complete example of a Manueline window in Beja, with edge in column similar to a trunk and small flowers on the interior.
