In this theater, in operation since 1999, take place the main cultural events of the city, from music to theater, through dance and poetry. It also organizes workshops, ateliers, temporary exhibitions and gatherings. There is also the "Canto do Teatro", a space dedicated to the memory of the former Teatro Viriato (Theatro Boa União), which operated between 1883 and 1960.

Although the primitive temple already existed in 1380, the current church would only be ready in 1587, after work began in 1572. In the 18th century it was restored. In it, you can see 18th century tiles, representing the mysteries of Christ and Our Lady, six side chapels with statuary value. On the main altar is the altarpiece of Our Lady of the Annunciation.

This construction is from the second half of the 18th century, where it stands out the portico topped by a niche and the bell tower in the façade centre. A watch occupies the tympanum on the pediment. Inside the chapel there is a nave with a main chapel, both with wooden vaults. It also stands out the low relief in plaster done by Teixiera Lopes placed above the baptismal font.

Church of Mannerist, Baroque and Rococo architecture. Consists of nave and chancel closer. In the lateral façades adossa the Bell Tower, dating from the 18TH century and the sacristy. Features, inside, chorus-alto, pulpit in the Gospel-side, side altarpieces in Mannerist integrated into rear structure and main Rococo altarpiece, as well as the ship's cover paintings on wood, and the chancel.

On the main facade of this church, stands a Manueline portal of Arch of carena. The interior is of a ship, 1468-lined and covered with roof of mixer painted. The chancel is of the late 18th century, and here, a large canvas of Pedro Alexandrino, "Supper", in 1802. In the chapel of Santo António, flooring tile "carpet" and the Tabernacle of the altar in carved 17TH century, overlaid by a crucifix in ivory.

The church was rebuilt in the 16th century, but today it retains little of its original design. On the main façade, the Manueline portal, framed by pilasters with Renaissance decorative elements, and the 16th-century bell tower stand out. Inside, the 18th-century tile cladding, the Baroque carved altarpiece, and the 16th-century paintings of an old altarpiece deserve special attention.

Simple religious monument, consisting of nave, chancel and sacristy. The main facade features, in the center and at the top, a double bell tower and, in the upper right corner, a clock. Inside, the triumphal arch covered with carvings and the altarpieces of different styles stand out, with the collaterals being Mannerist and the nave's side altarpiece neoclassical. The nave's roof represents the Evangelists and the Apostles.

A Neoclassical church with a single nave and chancel, with an attached bell tower and sacristy. The interior features a high choir with a depressed arch, built-in confessionals, two pulpits with polychrome carved full-height guards, and two side altarpieces and two side altarpieces with Neoclassical corner posts. The main altarpiece is a revivalist altarpiece with polychrome carved work.

Building where stands out the decorative stonework, masonry tile and padded double frame mantel. The main door is articulated with window of verga in arch and apron with ornate relief, ripping between pilasters with bases and capitals in stonework, topped off, above the cornice, by stone urns. The first floor is intended for housing and to the Museum and the ground floor to trade.

They have an exceptional quality, not only for their artistic quality but also for their informative and pedagogical quality. It dates back to the 19th century and, despite its modernist style, follows the typology of the so-called "Portuguese House".
