The Celebrations of Our Lady of Remédios (Remedies) take place from August 25 to September 9. Amongs its several activities, a special note to the Marcha Luminosa (Luminous March), the Batalha das Flores (Battle of Flowers), the fireworks and the Majestic Procession of Triumph.
