In this Chapel alpendrada, were seized, the main altarpiece, two boards a Mannerist early structure. The Via Sacra incisa which exist on all the stonework facades and the cross on which Bell has three-lobed stems.

A megalithic monument of the final neolithic/early calcolithic, with a poligonal chamber and a trapeze shaped gallery. It has 7 pillars in the chamber, 5 in the corridor and 4 septums. It is surrounded by a tomb structure. It is classed as a Public Interest Construction.

Late-Baroque church of longitudinal plant consisting of a nave, a chancel narrower, a sacristy in the back façade and a Bell Tower located near. It was reformed in the late 18th century\/early 19th century about a primitive Temple.

Cabeço das Cabras constitutes the final frontier between the adventurous who set out for the mountain and the more fearful who prefer the safety of the road. Located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters, on the western slope of Pico Mountain, it is the highest point on the island accessible by car. From here, one can see the entire island of Faial and the vast blue sea.

Located in the town's historic area, more precisely in the old Town Hall, the museum has two sections. In the Archaeology section, you can see archaeological finds that marked human presence in the municipality, from the Mirense period, the Bronze Age, and the Muslim occupation. The Ethnography section houses a collection of agricultural implements. The Municipal Art Gallery is located in the same building.

The campsites piao, located a few kilometres from the Centre of Covilhã, is in close proximity to the Serra da Estrela. Once in the Park can also see the tower.
