The Parque de Campismo Municipal da Praia da Barra enjoys an extraordinary location, ideal for lovers of the sea and the beach. Offers green spaces and with shade where you can rest peacefully. Also offers sports and leisure activities for all tastes. Alternatively you can always make a visit to the ria de Aveiro and the Farol da Barra.

This church has vast dimensions and it is composed by three naves, the main chapel and the sacristy. The façade is painted in white and is finished by yellow. The white marble pilasters divide the nave. Among them there are two windows and, on the centre, a round opening that lightens the inside. In here there is the main chapel and two collateral chapels dedicated to Our Lady of Rosario and to Saint Anthony.

One of São Miguel's main attractions is the pineapple. At the A. Arruda pineapple plantation, you can observe the fruit in the grand greenhouses, stroll through the estate, and visit the shop selling typical products. Besides pineapple, you can also sample pineapple liqueur and pineapple jam.
