This viewpoint offers privileged views over the residential area of Santa Cruz da Graciosa, with the ocean as a backdrop.

Known for the famous arrivals of the Volta a Portugal on Bicycle, Monte da Senhora da Graça does not end on this velocipede summer day. From over 900 meters above sea level, you have great views of the surrounding mountain complex of the Alvão and Marão mountains.

A 1.5 kilometres long pedestrian walk that starts and ends at the mountain village of Ribeiro Frio. From here one can reach the Balcões belvedere from where one can enjoy wondrful views of the Ribeira da Metade valley.

A small, about 5 km long, pedestrian trail that lasts approximately 5 hours among cliffs. This circular trail aims to reach the mythical archaeological site named "Fraga da Cidade" (City Cliff), imortalized by the name of Calcedónia.

A set of woods and gardens with with great botanical variety. A special note to the old trees, specimens of the 19th century, the Manor, the Cabras Tower, the Tea House and the Quatro Estações Fountain (created by master João da Silva). A special note to the Quinta da Aveleda (Aveleda Farm) vineyards and to the Old Cellar. In the lake's island, on finds the "Janela da Reboleira" (Reboleira Window), a National Monument in the manuelin style, donated by Tomás Sandeman to Manuel Pedro Guedes in 1880.

Monte da Guia, next to the Senhora da Guia hermitage, more than a hundred meters above sea level, is a privileged place to enjoy the Porto Pim area and the city of Horta, with its marina. Dividing these two areas of interest, you can see Monte Queimado.

Ample green space, with leafy trees, several gardens, some statues, a lovely bandstand (from the architect Silva Pinto), benches and a half-pipe. At the time of the Queima das Fitas (a students’ party) it welcomes the Noites do Parque (Park Nights).

Granite houses with iron gratings. The Terva landscapes surround the village. The mines of the "poço das freitas" are located nearby.

This viewpoint, located at the top of Monte da Senhora do Castelo, offers a magnificent view of Vouzela and the neighboring municipalities.
