It is placed above Zêzere River and it was built during Felipe’s period between 1607 and 1610. It replaced a former Roman bridge which, meanwhile was flooded by Bouçã lagoon. It has three arches with 62 metres high. The road that crosses this bridge linked Beira Baixa and Beira Litoral until the construction of Cabril´s dam.

The chapel of Our Lady of Salto, built in 1725, at Salto, is linked to a legend regarding Our Lady and a miracle performed by her. This chapel, later enlarged, was built as a tribute to Our Lady. It has a pulpit and a wodden structure covered by tiles. The image of Our Lady of Salto which stands at the centre of the high altar is also present in a tiles panel.

Medieval settlement linked to Padornelos, located in the vicinity of Sendim, designated location for Santa Cruz. Currently, among the farm fields, are half-tile fragments and abundant rocks fond.
