Located in the Natural Park, this is a very lovely, quite rocky beach, mostly in the low tide. There are springs and naturists. It is well fit for surfing.

A beach located between the sea and the Cávado river's waters, facing the small town of Esposende. A very lovely, peaceful place, where the blue waters and the golden dunes dotted with pine trees get together. Just a few local restaurants but many more nearby.

The Frades Beach may be viewed from the top of the rocky shoreline. The stretch of sand rewards the visitors after a strenuous descent.
