Route between Ribeira Grande and Vale das Lombadas, passing through the Ribeira Grande Caldeiras, the Salto do Cabrito waterfall and the Fajã do Redondo Dam. Along the way you will be able to see magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, until you reach Lombadas, where you can enjoy the famous mineral water spring.

Place set above the 1000 metres, offering a lovely view over Curral das Freiras, where are visible various volcanic tops covered with vegetation.

The Miradouro da Terra Alta is located at approximately 415 meters high and offers magnificent panoramic views over the neighboring São Jorge Island and the ocean.

In this park you may observe the fauna and flora of the Madeiran forest, the Laurissilva forest. It offers a picnic area, a car-park and the Casa Abrigo das Queimadas.

Park located in Ribeira da Venda, very nice, with lots of green space for hiking. Has other attractions such as a swimming pool, picnic area and playground.

Dam located in the Northeast of Trás-os-Montes, framed by a beautiful landscape of almond and cherry trees. It is integrated into the Douro Hydrographic Basin, in Ribeira das Tábuas.

One of Portugal's most famous capes. From its cliffs, one can see the Setúbal peninsula (to the south) and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean (to the west). The human mark on this inhospitable site is given by the presence of the Ermida da Memória (Chapel of Memory), the Church of Nossa Senhora do Cabo (18th century), and the lighthouse. A magnificent landscape that invites ti photography.

Very nice garden with flower beds, lawns and wooded paths in Portuguese pavement and garden benches. In the Centre stands a statue erected to Nossa Senhora da Conceição.

The Jardim da Alameda de Santa Quitéria is a green space of large proportions, located on the hill, with views over the municipality. It has some leisure equipment for children.

Gardens at the Quinta da Vigia, the present official residence of the Regional Government of Madeira. Here are large trees, exotic birds, palm trees, flowers and various plants.
