A church with one only nave and a rectangular high chapel. The main façade has an ogival arch portal and an archivolt ornamented by vegetable elements that stands on corbels. Above the main portal there is a pannelled small window. The gable is topped by a campanile with a bell. Inside, a special note to the ogival triumphal arch and to the tombs of Álvaro Lopes and Senha de martin Vaz de Sampaio, of the 16th and 17th centuries.

This 16th-century chapel preserves the Manueline portal and inscribed tombstones on its main façade. On both sides are buttresses, topped by conical pinnacles, supporting the coffered vault covering the chapel's single nave. The walls are covered in 18th-century tiles.
