Quinta dos Baldo is a small guesthouse in Torre de Moncorvo, near the Douro Internacional Natural Park and in the midst of the Alto Douro Wine Region. Located in the welcoming village of Martim Tirado, one step away from wild valleys and breathtaking landscapes, the house offers two cozy bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living room.

Sustainability, in various chapters, is the basis of project Rio do Prado, a hotel that is both a concept. Located next to Lagoa de Óbidos, this comfortable unit surprises by architecture, decoration and the concern for the environment, evident in the use of resources. Architecture, environmental sustainability and organic farming come together under the same roof, making live harmoniously nature and comfort.

Former belonging to the solar Boiler Devendragandre de Bourbon, extended in 1867 and converted into rural tourism unit in 2004. It is situated near the Serra da Estrela, Gardunha and Malcata, where you can visit the historic villages and delight in the regional gastronomy. It offers seven bedrooms, living room, library, Office, dining room and kitchen.

Opened in 1825, it was oredered by the Marquês de Tomar. In the XIX century it was called the Passeio da Estrela. The vegetation is secular with about 800 arboreous species and large variety of flowers. It is a garden of romantic conception and a has a bandstand, an esplanade, a library, a greenhouse, artificial grottos, lakes and picnic area, being one of the most pleasant spaces in the city.

The Nossa Senhora de Fátima Viewpoint is a small garden space with granite benches, some shade trees and a small shrine to the Saint that gives it its name. Close to Valença do Douro, on one of the many curves of the EN504 overlooking the Douro, this viewpoint provides unique views over the terraces of the vineyards and a large expanse of the river's meandering path.

This park, located between Serra da Mira and A-da-Beja, in Mina de Água, covers 4.5 hectares. It has trails for walking or mountain biking, garden benches along the entire terrain and a flatter area for picnics, served by piped water tanks. It also has a children's playground. It is possible to practice outdoor sports and recreational activities.

The Château de Fraião constituted a significant example of Romanesque fortress, but not adapted in the Gothic era. Thus, when from the beginning of the 13th century all the regional strategic interest shifted to the line of the river Minho-especially to Valença and Monsoon-was sidelined. Currently, only remains of the Castle a granitic suite, which provides magnificent views of the Minho Valley.

The castle sits atop a steep hill at the western edge of the Ossa mountain range. The original fortification still includes the wall and gates from the reign of King Dinis. Within the walls, the highlight is the Paço de Homnagem (Homage Palace), which, along with the keep, forms a vast, regular quadrilateral. The palace's design is inspired by Italian Renaissance palaces.

Located outside the city walls, next to the old road that connected Beja to Mértola, it was founded in the 13th century. It underwent profound changes, mainly in the 18th century, which practically gave it its current appearance. The Chapel of the Tombs, the Cistern, the paintings in the Chapter Room, and the Upper Choir are particularly noteworthy. It is currently part of the Pousadas de Portugal network.

House where was born Benedict Gorse, one of the most notable sons of the city. Founder of the newspaper "O Comércio do Porto", resided in this town the greater part of her life but maintained a permanent link to Oliveira de Azeméis. Had a key role in stimulating a broad set of activities of cultural, sports, nature tourism and social solidarity.
