Eighteenth-century church, consisting of a nave, chancel, false transept, choir and side chapels, attached to the convent. It was founded in 1601, by the Religious House of Santo António da Piedade by the 5th Count of Redondo, called João Coutinho. It was affected by the 1755 earthquake and the reconstruction of the building's subsection took place in 1757.

Megalithic Tomb monument located about 20 yards north of a high voltage Pole on the ribeira da Cambela. It is a large monument, with a "tumuli" with about fifteen meters in diameter and three feet tall. On the surface are several petroleum elements that belong to the breastplate and a shallow depression which identify some props.

The Queen Santa Isabel Bridge, designed by engineer António Reis, is the latest road crossing over the River Mondego, consisting of two lanes to three lanes in each direction. Its inauguration in 2004, allowed faster access to the zone of the Valley of flowers and the Polo II da Universidade de Coimbra.
