This 16th-century chapel preserves the Manueline portal and inscribed tombstones on its main façade. On both sides are buttresses, topped by conical pinnacles, supporting the coffered vault covering the chapel's single nave. The walls are covered in 18th-century tiles. It has a single nave and a chancel with star-shaped vaults supported by corbels, Manueline decorative elements on the clasps, vault-flush corbels, and also on the portal.

Very simple religious monument, with different traits than usual in this type of construction. The entry is preceded by a porch and perfect round arches in 3 sides. Inside stands the shale and pavement structure early Mannerist altarpiece, despite having been mischaracterized.

Calvary with 14 crosses, of great simplicity, based on pedestals with inscription corresponding to the respective step of the Via Sacra. The access is made by wide stoop composed of twelve flights of eleven steps. The chapel was moved in the early 18th century, but retained the Mannerist moth.
