A beach surrounded by huge, quite beautiful cliffs. From those high cliffs, one can sometimes view the falcão da rainha, a rare kind of hawk that has its nests there. The beach is attended by youngsters and by families. It has a small bar/restaurant with an excellent terrace.

Enormous, with a vast sandy area stretching from Sines to Tróia, it's only not completely wild because during the summer season it has a lifeguard and a bar operating every day. It also offers sunshade and deckchair rentals and is perfect for sport fishing enthusiasts. In terms of landscape, it's surrounded by magnificent dunes and a pine forest. There's also a small picnic area with refreshing shade, perfect for leisurely family lunches. Located halfway between Grândola and Santiago do Cacém, its main drawback is the access, much of it via dirt roads.
Beach with an extensive sand, usually calm, busier at the weekend. It has a children's playground and a horse race is held annually. It is very popular among surfers. Its dune area was excavated to carry out the traditional agriculture of the region: the "masseiras".
