This baroque manor house is dated from the XVIII century and it has Coat of Arms. On the first floor, its granite balcony with iron railings, can be stand out. It also possesses two other floors which were built afterwards. It has an external stone stair from which one can enter to the residence on the first floor and it is located in one of the lateral façades.

This Pavilion is manned Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 by the schools of the County. After the 17:30 till 11:0 pm is usually occupied by various entities that enjoy the space. However, it is absolutely necessary to make appointment and pay the rental of space. On weekends there are basketball and handball Federated games with teams from the municipality.

Statue in bronze on a stone column about 2 feet tall. Representing a man who with his hand looking for help look in search of something on the horizon, this monument pays homage to José Rodrigues Maio, humble fisherman who saved many men out of the sea with a courage that was recognized even in life by King Dom Luís I.

This house, repaired in 1919, has luxurious interiors and a neo-Arabian yard with a fountain.
