Inside, it features a high choir, holy water fonts, moldings flanking the portals, a baptistery with a semicircular arch on the Gospel side, a niche with a semicircular arch on the opposite side, with late Baroque carved side altarpieces and a revivalist carved main altarpiece.

This small, rectangular fort was built in the 18th close to the location of a previous fort dedicated to St Ignacio. This previous fort, located on a cliff, was destroyed when the cliff fell into the sea during the 1755 earthquake. This lead to the new fort being built further back than the one dedicated to St Ignacio. The presence of a fort at this site was necessary for protecting the tunny traps located througout the coast. The fort is now in ruins.

Archaeological excavations carried out from 1997 onwards revealed the existence of a large Roman Villa with compartments paved in geometric mosaics. What is there is the equivalent of what is now called the Quinta. It was occupied until the middle of the 5th century, as the evidence on a brick found in the place where the sign of Solomon is engraved, shows. It is possible to find the houses of the slaves who worked in the fields and the communication routes so typical of the Romans.

Renaissance temple with a façade integrated into an impressive stonework tower. It has a full arched portal framed and topped by seven niches with images. Inside, it is possible to see fragments of frescoes and altarpieces of Joanine carving. A curious fact: it took around a century to be built, starting in the first half of the 16th century.
