At the Infante Dom Pedro Park – City Park- the bathrooms from the beginning of the XX century are worth a visit.

A peripheral beach visited by fishermen, sports lovers and other people. There is a small medium quality beach restaurant.

The path begins in a tarmac road that climbs towards the Pico Alto (587 m), the highest peak of Santa Maria. Then follows up a thicket of cater toward the Floor of John Thomas. Here you can see some plants of the Laurissilva forest, such as pau-branco, Heather, uva-da-serra, tamujo, Laurel, among others. More ahead the Barreiro da Faneca, known as "Red Desert of the Azores", because it is composed of reddish clay soils. Already at the end, still time to visit the Furna DAS.

16th century construction, with brick arches, where, according to tradition, Luís Vaz de Camões lived during his visit to the town. In the 18th and 19th centuries it was profoundly altered, highlighting the very thick load-bearing walls made of plastered stone and brick masonry and the foundations of the corbel that supported the already demolished five-span round archway. The ruins of the old Manueline door, a 16th century door with a straight lintel and a beveled brick window with a boarded-up curved lintel, are also visible.

The patio Houses integrate a set of farmhouses recovered for Rural tourism. This set has two houses-Home of the tank, with two bedrooms, and the Arribana. The exterior is common to the two houses, has a vast landscaped grounds, pool and BBQ place. Upon arrival, the visitor is received with a MIME: bread, home-made jams, drinks, fruit, butter and cheese.

This maintenance circuit is located in a green area of Viana do Alentejo and is made up of several routes that are aided by signs indicating the exercises to be done.

Set of seven rectangular granaries located around a common threshing floor. They are made up of stone columns with a square section and wooden walls.

Bridge in an advanced state of deterioration which no longer allows crossing. It is made up of two arches, and a pillar is still visible at one of the entrances.

Ancient restaurant, working since 1972, serving up national and international dishes. Very pleasant space, with a lovely garden, an esplanade and a fountain.

The old "Zé Boieiro" house. It was awarded the first prize of the Alcochete Town Hall in 1994. It welcomes groups up until 40 people.
