Baía a sul do estreito caminho que leva até à pequena península. Frequência turística, familiar e jovem. O Baleal é um tesouro para os adeptos do mergulho e de desportos radicais. Possui uma pequena ilha povoada por pescadores e é muito turística. Não faltam restaurantes de boa qualidade a servirem pratos típicos. A animação noturna está assegurada.
