Ancient park, occupied since 1635 by the Capuchin friars, which offers a romantic and peaceful atmosphere, in addition to several botanical rarities. In this park are the Baroque Church of the Third Order of São Francisco and the 17th century chapel of Nossa Senhora das Vitórias. Located atop a hill, this castle was part of the Guadiana River defense line. It consists of a walled enclosure with turrets, a keep, and two gates, one flanked by towers. Documentary accounts attribute the construction of this castle to King John I, who integrated the town into the Patronage of the Order of Aviz. It was severely damaged during the Castilian Wars and the 1755 earthquake.

Protohistoric fortified settlement with circular buildings, surrounded by three orders of walls, and revealing traces of occupation in Roman and medieval times. Two large buildings stand out that occupy the central area of the station's upper platform, one of which is composed of a Domus with a quadrangular plan, with a central atrium and some compartments around it, and the other with a rectangular plan.

An imposing religious monument belonging to the male convent of the Order of Saint Francis (Via dos Capuchos). It consists of a nave, chancel, and bell tower. The interior preserves an important collection of sacred artifacts: three corbels depicting the crucified Christ flanked by Our Lady and Saint John the Evangelist, the gilded and polychrome altarpieces, the side chapels, and the inner chapel.

Building with three floors, Art Nouveau style and bourgeois character, with the ground floor destined to trade and the upper floors housing. Has Art Nouveau decorative elements in monochrome tiles (blue and white), depicting the city, representing the Mouchão wheel side and Casa Vieira de Guimarães and a center panel with the representation of the symbol of the order of Christ.

It is a living testimony of the important presence that the Jewish community had and still has in Belmonte. It is also a tribute to those who managed to resist the expulsion orders of Catholic kings, the persecution of the Inquisition and the decisions of the courts. Its collection consists of pieces used by Jews and New Christians in their daily lives or in religious practices, from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

The early Church dates from 1260 and was founded inside the castle of Borba and was delivered to the military order of Avis. However, in 1420, was built this church, where it is currently, by coming near the Virgin Mary. In its interior there are ten chapels, each belonging to a fraternity, with heritage of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, with emphasis on the Chapel of souls, composed of three marble altars.
