Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, 2 Stars - Leça de Palmeira

The Boa Nova restaurant, chef Rui Paula's bet, brings the sea and the sky to the table. In a setting of rare beauty, indoors and outdoors, this restaurant occupies the famous Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, a work by Siza Vieira in Leça da Palmeira, classified as a National Monument. Leaning over the rocks and the sea, the emblematic building has been restored, respecting its unique characteristics and also the original furniture according to the drawings of the time and using the materials initially planned.

Mesa de Lemos, 1 Star - Passos de Silgueiros

With a cuisine based on the best flavors, Chef Diogo Rocha continues to discover local products that have almost disappeared, such as hazelnuts or apples from Bravo Esmolfe, which he masterfully incorporates into the menus. Midori, 1 Star- Sintra

The Midori restaurant continues to be one of the leading Japanese restaurants in Portugal. Fortaleza do Guincho, 1 Star - Cascais

Always a restaurant with strong French influences, Fortaleza do Guincho seeks new horizons within what is called the "Portugality". The person in charge is the Portuguese chef Miguel Rocha Vieira, who took over it in 2015. With a philosophy based on haute cuisine and the sea as its main inspiration, Fortaleza do Guincho offers a daring incursion into traditional gastronomy. In 2001, the restaurant, with a strong influence of haute cuisine, won its first Michelin star that it still holds today.
Encanto, 1 Star - Lisboa

Opened in 2022, this cozy restaurant dedicated to vegetarian cuisine belongs to chef José Avillez, and won a Michelin star the same year it opened.
Cura, 1 Star - Lisboa

Inserted in the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon, its name comes from the ingenious curatorship that is at its core, by Michelin Star Chef Pedro Pena Bastos, who uses seasonal and local ingredients to create artisanal dishes of great depth, taste and meaning.
EPUR, 1 Star - Lisboa

After years at the helm of the Guincho Fortress, the French chief has a new home. Vincent Farges now runs Epur, in Lisbon, a Based on the "art of purifying, removing everything that is superficial", the space bets on tasting menus that grant additional lightness to any meal. The space follows the same line: cleaned of excesses, and overlooking the city and the Tagus.

Located in the galleries of the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, it serves fusion dishes of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. It encompasses three distinct spaces: on the lower floor, the main room where tasting menus and à la carte options are presented, on the middle floor the Kikubari bar and, on the upper floor, the Kabuki Experience, a more intimate space with an exclusive menu.
Fifty Seconds by Martín Berasategui, 1 Star - Lisboa

Fifty seconds is how long it takes to take the elevator to the Fifty Seconds restaurant. The ambience of the room and the inspiring location, 120 meters high, overlooking the Tagus River, accompany each dish, which tells a story of flavors of the world.
LOCO, 1 Star - Lisboa

A "loco" and unique menu, served only at dinner and signed by chef Alexandre Silva. A warning for the senses, because dinner is truly unique, for the "simple" reason that LOCO's two menus (one of 14 and the other of 18 Moments, in four movements) change from week to week, according to the taste of the products available. A Ver Tavira, 1 Star - Tavira

In the historic center of Tavira, between the Mother Church and the castle walls, this unique space stood with an incomparable view. The kitchen is led by Chef Luís Brito. The space is welcoming, the décor simple and the atmosphere romantic. From the living room you can contemplate the city, with the Ria Formosa as a backdrop.
Bon Bon, 1 Star - Carvoeiro

The à la carte dishes are a good option for the less curious and, despite the magnificent preparation, they show only a very small part of the mastery of the kitchen. To find out how many ingredients are made of the world, the ideal is to opt for one of the tasting menus (three, five or seven courses) with wine pairing. Bon Bon holds a Michelin Star.
Gusto By Heinz Beck, 1 Star - Almancil

It is a fitting stage for a unique chef, Heinz Beck, holder of the highest European gastronomy awards. William, 1 Star - Funchal

Inside the main building, in a space where blue and white dominate, the décor is governed by the hotel's standards of elegance and refinement, which guarantees perfect and unforgettable meals. It also has the attribute of the menu having been designed by the award-winning chef Joachim Koerper, who surprised the island with haute cuisine proposals that are not common in these parts. Luís Pestana takes on the role of executive chef, providing irresistible proposals every day. The combination of luxury has already resulted in a Michelin Star.
