This place was gardened in 1885, accompanying the revitalization of an area that was the city business centre and were the Palácio da Bolsa stood out. The Infante Dom Henrique garden has been suffering some transformations recently and has an underground car-park.

You will find deer, wild boar, Serra da Estrela dogs, fallow deer, pheasants, partridges and foxes. In a total area of six hectares, there are marked routes covering an area of about three hectares, allowing visitors to enjoy privileged contact with nature.

Oceanographic entertainment park with shows of dolphins, seals, sea lions, among other species. It has a space, the "Oceanus", which includes an auditorium, an exhibition of sharks, dolphins and whales, a gallery with numerous small aquariums and even a giant aquarium inhabited by sharks. Quinta do Ega Municipal Park is located in a landscape marked by the Boco River, near the village. Here you can enjoy its ecological diversity, with remarkable flora and birdlife. It features a grassy area, a playground, and even an area with exercise equipment.

This environmental tourist complex, situated on the border between Miranda do Douro and Zamora, offers tourist routes along the Gorges of the Douro, providing a kind of ship-class with 14 thematic areas, which also shows the best of gastronomy and wines of International Douro Natural Park. The building of the Center is occupied by a leisure space, composed of garden, outdoor swimming pool, bar and the boarding area.

For a long time, São Miguel Island was the only place in Europe where tea was manufactured. The Fábrica de Chá Gorreana began planting tea in 1874, but it was only in 1883 that the first tea came off the production line. The retrospective of tea production can be visited daily at the Gorreana farm. Then, among ancient tea production machines, enjoy an aromatic tea. It has a private park.
