Farm dating from the late 19th century, consisting of three Azorean typical buildings. Here you can choose between rooms or apartments, all of them rustic and very comfortable. Only a few remains of this castle remain. From the original castle, the Santo Antônio Gate is visible, consisting of two thick walls, over which sits an arch with a broken outline on the outside and a perfect arch on the inside. Located next to Poço Corga River Beach, this mill is thought to have over 400 years of history, although the first records referring to its operation as an olive oil mill date back to 1939. Due to EU legislation, it ceased to operate as a mill and is now a museum, which aims to showcase the artisanal olive oil production process.

Building dated from the end of the XVIII century, the former residence of the Carvalhal Counts. The seven wicker balconies in forged iron and the portal sided by two iron lanterns are worthy of notice. It worked as a hotel, a college and international club and is now the property of the City Council and headquarters of Regional Archive of Madeira, the Municipal Library, the Museum and the Municipal aquarium of Funchal.

After years at the helm of the Guincho Fortress, the French chief has a new home. Vincent Farges now runs Epur, in Lisbon, a Based on the "art of purifying, removing everything that is superficial", the space bets on tasting menus that grant additional lightness to any meal. The space follows the same line: cleaned of excesses, and overlooking the city and the Tagus.
