Silvério's house belongs to the Foundation Eça de Queiroz and allows coexistence with the world queirosiano. The remodeled home receives visitors and guests, offering other activities, such as visits to Casa de Tormes, cited in "the city and the mountains".

Rectangular plant Theatre built in 1926 by a dealer, in the backyard of his home. Between 1968 and 1970, it was the seat of the Meiaviense youth movement and in 1975, Columbófila Society headquarters. In 1996, this theatre was the subject of major restoration and expansion.

In the restaurant Arola, the Catalan chef Sergi Arola, well known for its irreverence and restlessness in the kitchen, has a space, almost a second home, where he shares his creations, fusing classic flavors in some domestic products. Modern and beautiful space, is decorated with light colours and minimalist lines. In the restaurant Arola include the glass wine cellar, exposing various NECTARS of the House, and the beautiful views of the golf course at the resort. The potatoes bravas and the loin of Lamb with Eggplant fries are delicacies that nobody turns down.
