The Salt Mines are located in the Serras D'Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, 30 kilometers from the sea. The oldest reference to this natural resource dates back to the 12th century, and the use of rock salt is believed to date back to prehistoric times. Given the ease with which rainwater penetrates limestone, the streams eventually become underground. Thanks to one of these currents, the water becomes salty as it passes through the rock salt deposit. A 2.5-kilometer trail integrated into the Serras de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park. The starting and ending points are the Vale de Ventos Welcome Center. Its main attractions, traditional architecture, flora and fauna, and panoramic views, make this tour a pleasant surprise.

The Alcobertas Cave is 210 meters long and sometimes reaches 9 feet in height. Its archaeological value has already been demonstrated, thanks to the discovery of human bones from the Upper Paleolithic, species that lived in small nomadic communities, in temporary camps, outdoors, or in caves.

A hiking trail known as a short route, in the parish of Lindoso, near Parada. The walk includes a passage through dense vegetation and old abandoned mills, as well as along the beautiful slopes of the Lima River. A highlight is the natural pool known as Poço da Gola, where you can enjoy a unique and paradisiacal space.

Pedestrian path that stretches for about 19 kilometres, passing through Serra de Santa Luzia. Will pass through places of great natural beauty, with highlight to the Miradouro das Bandeiras (or top of the Mior), Lage of the Churra and the plateau of the Ground. A circular pedestrian trail that starts and ends at Saint Torcato and follows rural athways with several mills. It is 8.5 kilometres long and last around four hours.

Route with start and end on the Bushes, with 8, 26 km, with a duration of 3:30 h, and a degree of difficulty easy. This course has as its points of interest: the Skydiving Center, the arc of the Bush Dog, tapir and the Brook Valley of Alvito, Cabeço da Anta and the living Science Centre.
