Former College of the Jesuits, erected on the site where there were the residences of the Távora family, and since 1776 the residence of the captains Generals of the Azores. Inside, there are valuable works of art and furniture, including the best collection of Dutch 17TH-century tiles that exist outside the Netherlands.

Seventeenth-century source based on a platform with three steps. In addition to the tank, highlighted by a tall obelisk consisting of four records with four fish whose mouth pours water. Monte da Guia, next to the Senhora da Guia hermitage, more than a hundred meters above sea level, is a privileged place to enjoy the Porto Pim area and the city of Horta, with its marina. Dividing these two areas of interest, you can see Monte Queimado.

In the funerary chapel of abbot Fernão de Brito Colaço, close to the church of São Salvador, we find the tomb with a range of arches that stands on eight lions. On the cover of the arc we see the sleeping statue of the abbot between two angels, while a dog lays at his feet.

In this 18th-century mansion, located next to the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, lived Eça de Queirós. The library can see the splendid Tagus River, a breathtaking view. The decor is exquisite, with a beautiful patio crawling with flowers. Quality service and luxurious environment, very cosy.

Church of great sobriety, consisting of nave, chancel and vestry. It was founded by the Counts of the round, and it's in your possession. The facade presents a shot in yellow and, above the door, is a telescope. In the sacristy are kept fucking pros and crosses of great value furniture. You can see also the Brotherhood of the third order.

This Manueline manor house has a simple rectangular plan with one and two floors. It comprises a tower filled with Manueline windows. It is surrounded by a garden and a farm where it is possible to see numerous watering tanks. It was built on the XVI century and renovated on the XIX century and in this time it was inserted a mansard roof.

At the bottom of a very steep valley is this fishing beach, as you can see by the number of boats parked on the sand and others anchored in the sea. Many are there to take tourists to discover the tunnels and caves that abound in this part of the coast. The beach is short and small and the sea waters are clear and calm, good for swimming.
