Beach located in the Protected Landscape area of the Esposende Coast. Calm place, where the blue of the sea stands out in contrast to the mountains that surround the beach. It has a first aid station and a library.

Acess only allowed to official vehicles and even so only 4 x 4. Attended by the military.The Morena, Sereia and Dunas beaches are part of the Medos beach and have the blue flag.

Guarded beach very popular with families and children.

A quiet beach with a curious jagged coastline. It's protected on the north side by a cliff, and on the south by the houses that make up this fishing village, which, in the summer, becomes a popular tourist destination. It has a restaurant serving traditional dishes, mainly fish and seafood. This beach is part of the Accessible Beaches network, offering all the necessary equipment for swimmers with reduced mobility.

The beach boasts extensive sand and high-quality water, surrounded by tourist developments. It features an area for extreme sports and tennis courts. On the beach, there are quality restaurants, a casino, and bars that guarantee a lively nightlife.

Although there is a narrow way (when the car rail ends) that follows towards the sea, this is another place that is worth more by the beauty of the landscape than the beach, the sand is composed of rocks and pebbles.

A small beach with a chapel and an obelisk that signals the first attempt of debarkment by the liberal troops in the 19th century. There are several good restaurants nearby.
