Burgau is the end of the municipality of Vila do Bispo. This beach is home to a small fishing port that, along with the surrounding scenery, paints a picturesque spot, despite the already growing hotel infrastructure. The sand is long but narrow, composed of a pebble area used by children to build in the sand. The cliffs bordering the sand open up this beach. The sea is very calm, ideal for swimming.

The restaurant Sun and rain, in the accommodation of the same name, begins by capturing attention for beautiful views of the dam of the Alto Rabagão. This open air shopping centre is one of the attractions of Aveiro in what concerns the commercial area. Built at the city centre, it stands out for the possibility to enjoy all the comfort of a shopping centre while you take a calm walk by the Ria. Its commercial area has 1200m2, divided in two floors. Bacalhau à Augusta and fresh fish for grilling, which daily market has, in addition to the roast lamb in the oven, the excellent barbecued beef loaf, many to the boss and the tasty Grilled Black pork are some highlights of the menu. Finally, amazing desserts, such as the conventual or crispy pillow to Augusta.

The restaurant\/bar BLU, inserted at the Hotel Marques de Pombal, is open every day from 10:30 to 12:30 am. With a glance at the Avenida da Liberdade, the restaurant features a fixed letter, where you can find a good variety of fish, meats, pastas, salads and desserts, plus a specialty of the head which varies daily.

Located in a luxury hotel (Hotel Farm Jardins do Lago), this restaurant is not fit for small children. It has a wide menu with several salads, namely the roast sardine slad or the carpaccio. Among the main dishes, the lamb carré, the tuna or the bass tenderloin. The Madeira semi-cold with almonds, before coffee, is well recommended. This restaurant opened on June 2006.

This FADO House is located in the chapel of our Lady of victory, a temple after suffering works of restoration, opened to the public in 2003, with new functions. A beautiful location where the Fado de Coimbra reigns and horrifies listeners, foreign and domestic, since this is a compulsory passage when it comes to the city of students.
