Located on a hillside next to the right bank of the Vouga river and the Thermae of São Pedro do Sul, this village stands ut for its many manors and farms. It was quite visited by the courts, namely of the queen Dona Amélia.

The interpretive center of the Archaeological Park of Terva works as gateway of the Archaeological Park of Terva. At this location visitors can collect the information that the Orient on the tour and, at the same time, visit the permanent exhibition that portrays the characteristics and history of the territory.

Located in the tourist complex Golden dunes, this beach has excellent conditions for the beach or for non-motorized water sports. The access is by a wooden boardwalk flanked by dunes. Next to the beach is the pond of Golden dunes that deserves a visit.
