Reguengos de Monsaraz

This Megalithic granite menhir was identified and raised up in 1970. It is estimated that it has approximately 4 metres high and 1 of diameter. It was fallen, fractured and presenting signals of degradation, besides having lost its base which was carved afterwards to reconstruct the menhir.

The south façade measures approximately 150 meters in length. Of this complex, the church was the only element to have undergone internal finishing.
