The health resort of Carvalhelhos consists of two sources of thermal water Buvet, a locker room and a Tavern. Deployed to 800 meters of altitude, its waters are particularly suitable for the treatment of skin diseases, kidneys, intestines, liver, allergic diseases and Detox.

Mannerist and Baroque Manor, with U-shaped and symmetrical composite plant, built in the 16th century. On the façade, stands a central staircase that leads to the piano nobile. Around, there is a baroque garden of rectangular plant with a central tank of fountain and some sources of backrest.

The chapel of Our Lord of the Paths is distinguished by fifteen columns in granite, arranged in two rows in source-West and separated from each other by the space of about 7 meters. The base and the capital are different in details especially in the ring and in the decoration of the capitals.

The tower of Lanhelas is located on the left bank of the Minho river and dates back to the 15th century. Even though it went through many changes, it still has a garden structured with boxwood hedges. It is private property and may not be visited.

An extremely beautiful house, dating back to 1780. Dona Maria considered it an outstanding building. It was adapted in oredr to house the Musical Academy of Paredes. Visits can only take place when the Academy is functioning and with previous authorization.
