About 100 yards West of the Via Romana, in the Pindus, near a bifurcation of paths and already in private land is what remains of megalithic monument. It is not possible to determine its dimensions, since it was nearly destroyed by agricultural work. However, retains a mainstay stuck about 0.90 metres high and 0.67 meters wide, which was later reused as a divisive landmark properties. On one side they seem to bring out two crosses recorded. An easy pedestrian trail that is 11 km long and lasts about four and a half hours. One gets acuqianted with some of the council's marvels, namely the City Fortress and the village of Cossourado. The trail is thus named because it passes by several landmarks that used to indicate the roman miles of the military route.

This beach is located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, opposite the village of Santa Luzia, the name by which it is also known. To get to the other side, access is guaranteed by a boat that makes these trips periodically, with a cost of €2.10, round trip. In the village of Santa Luzia there are restaurants and bares that serve octopus as a specialty.

There were previously 36 metal frame mills in the municipality of Cadaval, which reflects the importance of cereal production. This mill is one of the remaining ones, now serving, after being deactivated in 1995 and purchased by the City Council, as cultural and educational equipment, covering the municipality's mills, the work of the millers and the bread cycle in an educational way.

Planed by the architect Álvaro Siza Vieira to the Expo 98, the building is inspired in the Portuguese architecture typologies. It was one of the most visited pavilions at the expo and is now one of the ex-libris of the Parque das Nações and the place of international political meetings. The impressive “concrete sheet” suspended at the exterior gives the construction a singular touch of modernity.
