Symbol of the city of Cascais, this manor was built in th site of the fortress of Foz. It is also known as building Seixas from the name of its proprietor, Henrique Seixas, that later donated it.

Manor House with rectangular plant and three floors, being the main façade is marked by bays with different modinaturas. It was built in the 17th century, showing features of mannerist architecture.

The primitive nucleus is from 1582, being later transformed in palace, in the XVIII century. Today it lodges the Overseas Historic Archive.

This construction is from the last third of the 18th century. It is a building with a rectangular plan and attached by an arch it has a private chapel. We stand out the work on its stonework from the windows and doors, as well as the ensemble formed by the stairs and balconies.
