Parque da Lavandeira is a large space with several themed gardens, including an aquatic garden, a grass garden, a neo-Gothic greenhouse, a garden with a labyrinth and an oriental garden. A popular place to practice sports, it often organizes outdoor activities, such as yoga or tai-chi classes. It has a children's playground, bar, picnic area and parking.

This Park dates back to the 18th century, having been remodelled in the romantic era. Are 11 hectares of land, where the gardens were delineated in terraces by the botanist Domingos Vandelli. The São Jacinto Camping Park, located on a peninsula between the sea and the estuary, is located in a pine forest. It is a calm and peaceful place, perfect for enjoying your holidays in complete harmony with nature. It has several accommodation possibilities, such as bungalows, and is 20 minutes from the sea or the estuary. Also, unmissable are the walks through the dunes of São Jacinto.

The Ponta Delgada Marina, also known as Portas do Mar, was inaugurated in July 2008. In this leisure and commercial area you can find a maritime terminal, a recreational marina, a swimming pool, a parking lot, an amphitheater and a sea pavilion. There is also, as one would expect, a wide variety of shopping arcades, restaurants, bars and shops.

A very beautiful beach, located in the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa, with good quality water that is very rich in iodine. It can be acceded by boat at a price of 1.60 € but one must take heed in some windy days when the waves may be over two metres tall. Varied restaurants, with a special note to fine shellfish.

With 50 years of history, the House of the Park provides a large variety of North Alentejo, served with care and good service.
