From the Luís Cipriano Square, by the Coimbra Street, enter the República Square, framed by the buildings of the Town-Hall, dated from the XVIII century. In 1988, the Praia Grande was classified a "Praia Dourada” (meaning golden beach) by the Ministry of the Environment. To highlight the event, a walking trail is proposed to all that visit the beach.
