Quinta da Gruta is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and well-utilized spaces in the municipality of Maia, covering 22,000 square meters. Located in the center of Castelo da Maia, this romantic early 20th-century mansion has quickly become an important hub for sports and leisure. This space houses the Environmental Education Complex, a Documentation Center, tennis courts, swimming pools, nurseries, green areas, an amphitheater, and a radio-controlled model railway track. Guided tours are available for schools and other institutions.

Integrated into a world-class tourist region, the waters of the Termas do Estoril are known since the 18th century for its effectiveness in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases, muscles, joints and skin, and the original building was built in the early 20th century. After the demolition of this in 1961, built this new building that houses the Estoril Wellness Center and the Banyan Tree SPA. The Wellness Centre features the latest equipment and techniques of thermal medicine and clinical therapeutic monitoring custom, as well as a specialized and multidisciplinary clinical staff.

In Celebredo, the guesthouse of the Tapada is an early 20th-century building that bears the simple beauty of rural architecture. This is the ideal place to escape the city everyday. This archaeological site consists of six schist panels, featuring hundreds of insculptural engravings, engraved using three different techniques: incision, pecking, and abrasion. The engravings depict a variety of motifs, including weapons (spears, daggers, and blades), agricultural tools (sickles), geometric designs (zigzags, lattices, circles, triangles), and podomorphic and filiform designs, dimples, and more. Some are more recent, likely executed during the Late Bronze Age and early Iron Age. It is classified as a Property of Public Interest.

The Clock Tower was likely built in the late 16th or early 17th century, as part of the reorganization of the Praça do Município urban area. This building was erected near a group of buildings representing political, administrative, judicial, and economic power. Reusing an old city wall tower, it began to mark the boundary of Praça do Município and became one of Mértola's emblematic elements. In 1896, the original clock was replaced by a more recent one that continues to keep time in Vila Velha to this day.

The longest of all Marinha Grande's cycle paths runs along the Atlantic Road. Beginning in the urban center of S. Pedro de Moel, it heads north, passing the S. Pedro Lighthouse (Penedo da Saudade), Concha Beach, and Praia Velha, crossing the Ribeira de Moel and ending at Vieira Beach, connecting to the Lis River Cycle Path.

Route that begins in the village and ends at Pico da Vara, the highest point on the island, with about 1100 meters of altitude. After reaching the peak, can choose to descend to the Algarve, the Lomba da Fazenda or go down the same path. Will pass by a waterfall, in the Ribeira de Purge, by Lomba de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, some pastures and the mountain Simplicius.

This route begins at the Miradouro da Vista do Rei. Begins by Strand West Ridge of Caldeira das Sete Cidades. In this part of the route can be seen: on the right side of the boiler dry and the lagoons of the seven cities and on the left the West coast of the island of São Miguel. The route traverses an area classified as Protected Landscape and ends in the village of Sete Cidades.

Short route, intended to be done on foot or by 4X4, with a length of around eleven kilometers. It takes five hours on foot or an hour and a half in a 4X4. It starts and ends at the Rural Interpretation Center in the village of Bruçó (where you can purchase products made with chestnuts), traveling through land occupied by chestnut trees, with emphasis on a century-old chestnut tree.

Castle where you can find traces from the Bronze end to the late Roman era. Considered one of the most important and powerful fortresses of medieval times, consists of three lines of walls (probably from the iron age) surrounding the town, and inside the main enclosure by a medieval castle donjon, with traces of walls, remains, perhaps, the town mayor.
