Located by the sea, this dune surrounded lagoon is th biggest set of lakes to the north of Sines. It is about 5 km long and 1 km wide and spreads inland along old rice fields. The red-crested pochard, the mallard, the coots and the black-necked grebes are some of the species that live in this habitat. Ideal for sailing or spending a day at th beach.

Lagoon located in the crater of a volcano, forming a spectacle of great natural beauty. It was recently waterproofed, now allowing more correct water retention.

A marina with places for 180 boats.It has also restaurants, supermarkets, a refuelling area and repairs.

Sand shell between cliffs with calm and good quality water, where you can swim freely. Access is by car, passing through an area of pine forest. It has a concession space, it is a clean beach with good infrastructure.

A very rocky beach separated by a small inlet that can be crossed on foot at low tide. The existing restaurants serve typical dishes at high prices. It used to be the private property of the Counts of Castro Guimarães, whose palace now functions as a museum, with direct access to the sand.

This beach is also the mouth of the Tagus River, with calm waters. Well-presented restaurants and some artisanal shops are also located here. It has a lively nightlife and is also very popular at night.

For those coming from the west, this is the last beach, overlooking the Spanish town of Ayamonte. Despite its popularity, it offers a peaceful stay and is also sought after by amateur fishermen. Here you can enjoy the sea, the Guadiana River, or stroll through the National Forest of the Coastal Dunes. The sand is extensive and without obstacles.
