With the sea on the horizon, a pine forest precedes the extensive sandy area, characterized by its variety of plant species. Its location gave rise to a luxury urbanization, with the same name as the beach. Access is via a wooden pedestrian bridge. Look for the traces of Roman ruins by the sea that this place preserves.

Large sports complex, and can operate simultaneously within four areas of game. It is still composed of a weight room, press room, medical room, combat sports, Secretariat, support rooms, four changing rooms and five rooms.

Municipal swimming pool with a competition pool and another for children. It has a bench and several changing rooms with lockers. Outside there is a vast grassy area. Of particular note is the use of the Ovar Municipal Swimming Pool by the National Synchronized Swimming Team.

The Valley of Change offers three rooms next to each other. Are they the "House the olive tree", the "Monte da Madeira" and the "House of the well". Are very quiet houses with swimming pool, which enable a pleasant and quiet, in full contact with nature.

Built in the 16th century, this manor was subsequently subjected to several changes. The balcony, with arcs back down, 19TH century work. It has a chapel, with a pediment party that pose to the door, with guns. The classification includes the 18th-century tiles and the gardens.

It is a four storeys building: the ground floor suffered some changes while being adapted for commercial functions. The other floors have, each one, a balcony window on the left side of the façade and small peep-windows on the right side.

Garden paying homage to the republican historian and archaeologist Anselmo Braamcamp Freire, although it is known among the inhabitants as Campo de Sant' Anna. It has trees, such as a cedar of Himalayas, a secular tree known as lovers’ tree. There are some statues, such as the statue of Sousa Martins. It has an esplanade, a multifunction pavilion, playground and lake.
