Museum located in the building of the old Resende prison, which was restored and expanded in 2003. Various ethnographic objects are on display that characterize the uses and customs of the region, as well as a vast archaeological collection.

In this museum you can visit a collection of modern art, namely paintings and sculptures by Martins Correia. It has been located since 1982 in the building of the former Town Hall and Prison.

This granite building formerly served as a courthouse, prison, town hall, and farmers' guild. Currently, it houses the Municipal Library. Of particular note is the 18th-century National Coat of Arms ornamentation.

In this hermitage you can see Carvoeiro Beach and the nearby cliffs, sculpted by erosion. A privileged place to see the design of the streets in the center of Carvoeiro.

Located in Penhas Douradas, this lookout offers breathtaking views. From here, you can see the village of Manteigas, the magnificent Zêzere Glacier Valley, and the majestic Fraga da Cruz.

Mannerist and Baroque church, with longitudinal plant, consisting of a nave, a chancel closer and a sacristy and annex adossados, and wood covered in mixer on jumper and a fake barrel vault in the chancel. Inside, the chancel altar in gilt, Baroque architecture.

Chapel of pilgrimage that enlargement was born Mannerist of a primitive Temple 1500s, which still retain the sacristy located near the left side elevation. Highlighting the main altarpiece faked, with marmoreados and stucco structure, Rococo style.

The early church was built in the 16th century, which remains the Manueline portal. In 1970 was destroyed to make way for that today. The façade is rounded and consists of nave, chancel, belfry and vestry. Inside you can see 17TH century tiles and a wooden bench at the entrance, 1635, rebuilt during the rebuilding of the new Church. Currently, in late August, receives the feasts of Nossa Senhora do Desterro.

From this ancient aqueduct, one can still see the water catchment area for the Roman city of Conímbriga, along with traces extending up to 3,550 meters. The remains of the rectangular castellum (catchment tower) are clearly visible from the water catchment system.

A small village near the source of the Olhos de Água springs. The church, dating from the early 16th century, and the estate of the former Morgados do Alviela are worth a visit. The handicrafts, especially woodwork, rugs, and rag quilts, are notable.
