O Museu Nacional da Imprensa (press museum) may be seen as an interactive museum. The visitor is free to try the traditional methods of printing. This place is also the Museu Virtual da Imprensa (virtual press museum) and has a permanent exhibition, the “Cartoon e a caricature”.

Opened in 1999, this museum is housed in the former Carmelite Convent (17th/18th centuries). It showcases the history of wine, organizes vineyard tours, and offers wine tastings. During September, visitors can participate in the harvest. This is a landmark and a place of history for this Pico's activity, recognized worldwide.

Opened in 1933, the Ribeiragrandense Theater is the quintessential concert hall in Ribeira Grande. It was built in the first half of the 20th century, then renovated in 1988 and opened in 2000. Currently, various activities take place here, such as conferences, congresses, films, theater shows, festivals, among others.

Situated in place of champion, this rustic House offers two apartments T3 and T1, with a total of seven rooms. Belongs to a former mining district and offers all the comfort to receive tourists. Has pool, two miles away, grounds, horses and spaces to practice sport.

The church is located on a plain area, next to the cemetery, in a relatively isolated place, with the large churchyard standing out. It is a regular longitudinal composite plan, in the Baroque style, dating from the 18th century (more precisely from 1742), still used today in Catholic worship.

This is a mannerist and revivalist church, with a longitudinal plan and composed by one only nave, a narrower main chapel and an attached sacristy. It was rather changed during the reforms that took place on the 19th and 20th centuries, maintaining from the original construction (previous to the 14th century) the sacristy window.

Temple from the 16th century, rebuilt on the remains of another, possibly from the 14th century. The interior features a ribbed, painted vault, with a Cross of Christ in the center. In place of this Hermitage, there are also two other churches that usually host popular pilgrimages around Easter Monday.

This is a fifteen hundreds temple, placed next to the Castle. It is considered one of the most important religious works on the Renaissance final phase in the Alentejo area. Its filling includes the tombstones with the most remarkable Portuguese families’ Coat of Arms. The project is accredited to Miguel de Arruda.

In 1546 the São José fraternity moves to a chapel in a place called "Entre-as-Hortas". In 1567 the chapel becomes the São José parish church. On the second half of the XVIII a crib is built with the particularity that it presents a “Ladyday”, a theme that is seldom reproduced in Portuguese cribs, such as the “Escape to Egypt”.
