This friendly hotel, formerly named Mercure Hotel, enjoys a good location, near the station of CP and the city centre, just seven kilometres from the beaches. Installed in a House of 30 years, boasts 49 well-appointed rooms decorated based on Portuguese porcelain "Vista Alegre".

The Museu da Cidade de Coimbra is placed at the Chiado Building, in a historic, characteristic place of the city. The collection, with six nucleuses, was given to the town council by Dr. Telo de Morais, present art adviser of the Museum. This place has permanent collections of sculpture, painting, furniture and ceramics.
