Built to be the Banco Comercial do Porto, in 1843, it was sold in 1935 and became the headquarters of the Instituto do Vinho do Porto, manager and supervisor institution of the port wine. The magnificent skylight at the library room stands out.

Conventual church dated from the XVII century, with harmonious façade, single nave and rectangular main chapel. In 1994 repairing and adaptation works were carried out turning the former conventual rooms into tourism lodgings.

The former Elvas Cathedral, built in 1517 to a design by Francisco de Arruda, underwent significant modifications in the 17th century. It has a longitudinal plan and consists of three naves. The 17th- and 18th-century tilework stands out.

This church is dated from the 18th century and here can be stand out the campanile, and on the inside the altars golden carve and the Calvary arch. The ceilings, formed by coffers, display painted figures by Dmaião Valliasoleti from 1773.

This church with Baroque characteristics is covered with glazed tiles and framed by two bell ringer towers, slightly retracted. On the inside it stands out the Joanine altars and the triumphal arch decoration and the coffers with hagiologic motifs that ornate the ceiling.

Temple of Romanesque origin, altered in later times. The portico is made of archivolts based on columns with carved capitals. Inside, a sculpture from the 15th century and two paintings on wood from the 16th century stand out.

House built by painter José Malhoa, which looks like a typical romantic chalet. The walls of brick and the corners and window frames are cut out of rustic stone blocks. It has tiles by Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro.

Manueline structure church where stand out the portal and the battlement of the garble of the front elevation. Inside are worthy of notice the remains of the baroque (retable at the main altar) and rococo (retable of the lateral altar and paintings at the main chapel).

16th century keel-shaped bridge with three arches, built in 1533 by King João III. The national weapons, the cross of Christ and the armillary sphere, stand out. At the entrance to the bridge is the Chapel of Mártir S. Sebastião.

This is an important fortified village form the Chalcolithic period, with 5 different construction stages regarding different occupation stages. There are several residential structures and defensive systems rather remarkable which are made out of walls and towers.
