A friendly restaurant with a menu of the Alentejo region. It serves day dishes and regional dishes.

A short distance from the village of Penas Roias are the remains of this castle with a quadrangular structure. All that remains of the castle is the keep, the remains of a circular cube and some sections of the wall. This castle provided the first line of defense in the northeast of Trás-os-Montes, together with the castles of Algoso, Miranda do Douro, Outeiro, Vimioso and Mogadouro, with which it formed a strong defensive group.

Building used as a jail until the fifties of the twentieth century. On the ground floor, work cells, being the Windows protected by bars of iron. On the top floor, worked until 1956, Castro Verde elementary school.

Pena Aventura Park is a space dedicated to recreational and adventure sports, covering an area of ​​16 hectares and, in addition to many activities, featuring a bar, panoramic restaurant, commercial area, bungalows, and parking. One of the values ​​of the enterprise is the conservation of nature; therefore, it has designated smoking areas throughout the park, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone, with a team of professional monitors distributed across the various activities and areas of the park.

The Ribeira de Pena Environmental Park, located in Bucheiro, was inaugurated in 2007, following a strategy of preserving, promoting, and disseminating the municipality's natural and environmental resources. Its 18 hectares are home to diverse species of fauna and flora, and include wooded areas with native species (maritime pine, oak, birch, poplar, ash, chestnut...), as well as two interpretation centers and an environmental workshop. Visitors can also purchase aromatic and medicinal plants for a symbolic price. The characteristic flax cultivation has a dedicated space in the park, with a cultivation area open to visitors.
