A Romanesque temple founded by the Canons Regular of Saint Augustine, it is the only example of a monastic church in the present-day municipality of Cinfães. This is a Romanic rural church but it has the doors and main chapel window already in Gothic style. It was founded in 1152 by Queen D. Mafalda.
