Beirã Manor House dating from the 19TH century, situated in the Serra da Estrela National Park, about 600 meters above sea level. Features double rooms, one triple, one suite and three apartments all decorated with refinement. Abroad, it has a nice garden with saltwater pool and barbecue.

The House of Auleira, typically Minho and construction dating from the mid-19th century, is located in the place of Alvarinha in the parish of Grovelas, in the municipality of Ponte da Barca. Has eight double rooms, with en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, private parking and swimming pool complete with discovery with lawn area and building support.

At the centre of the Mouzinho de Albuquerque Square (Campo Novo), there is a statue of D. Pedro V on a pedestal. It was placed at the Campo de Santa Ana (Central Avenue) in 1879 and moved to the Campo Grande around 1915. It is a reproduction of another statue existing at the Praça da Batalha, in Porto, a work of the sculptor Teixeira Lopes, father.

Built in 1323, presents the inside of a single nave covered by Mat ceiling and six altars. On the triumphal arch cut a cross of the order of Christ. In the epistle side is the Baptistry, with seventeenth-century stone font, and a chapel dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Piedade.

The Nossa Senhora da Apresentação church is from 1606, being placed, at this time, the baptistery. In the end of the XVII century, beginning of the XVIII century, the façade is decorated with two azulejos panels and the inside is all dressed with golden woodcarving, standing out a gothic virgin, in alabaster. It suffered repair works already in the XX century.

Peniche is partially surrounded by 16th-century walls, which enclose the whitewashed houses divided by narrow streets. The walls have defended the city since that time, along with the Fort of Consolação and the Fort of São João Baptista das Berlengas. However, during the Peninsular War, it proved weak, succumbing to the Napoleonic invasions of 1807.

A Ponte do Infante D. Henrique liga o Porto a Vila Nova de Gaia, tendo sido inaugurada em 2003. O projeto é de Adão da Fonseca e Francisco Milanes Mato. Foi batizada em honra do Infante D. Henrique, nascido no Porto.
