A trail that passes by the Toxofal, on the Rural Tourism Farm Moita Longa, whose trees were classed Natural Heritage of Public Interest. Then, folows a visit to the Pena Seca, the high plain of the Cezaredas, the Rural Museum of Reguengo Grande and the craftswork shops of the Urbanização da Junta de Freguesia do Reguengo Grande, as well as the fiv recovered windmills at Pinhôa. This route, which stretches over 5.6 kilometers, follows the winding lines of the cliffs located between Praia de Vale Centianes and Praia da Marinha. The route runs along a line of cliffs, interrupted by some lines of water, which flow above sea level, giving rise to "hanging valleys". Along the route, the visitor has the help of almost two dozen information panels, explaining the route and identifying the main points of interest.

In Penalonga there are three chapels, the chapel of Our Lady of Livração, the patron saint, that of Saint Ana and that of Saint João, located in the middle of a corn field. Several of its rural houses have sun clocks, namely the Casa da Ponte (Bridge House), with its interior yard and the espigueiros (small cereal warehouses).

Located in the northern part of Jardim do Lago, it has 1,800 square meters of water surface with artificial waves and a capacity to accommodate 2,800 people. It also features a sunbathing and recreation area, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor showers, a bar/terrace, a mini-library, water aerobics activities, and a parking area. The view of the Serra da Estrela mountain range is truly worth seeing.
