The House integrates a set of buildings typical of the region, associated to the flour mills powered by the force of water from the river. Rebuilt in 2003, the Centennial House maintains the same traces of the old House. The garden in front of the House, from the living room, is par excellence a privileged balcony, overlooking the river Alva.
