The original chapel, dating from the 15th century, was rebuilt between 1674 and 1676. The main façade features a straight-lintel portal, while the side façades feature Manueline arched portals. The interior features the high choir, the pulpit on the Gospel side, and the chancel with a triptych commemorating the patron saint.

Located in the historic centre of the town, this Church consists of nave, chancel, the House of the order, Bell Tower and the sacristy. The facade is white and yellow-washed in trim. The highlight goes to the main Chapel, as it contains about 20 headstones for coffin. Currently works as a mortuary chapel and as the seat of the National Body of Listeners.

This is a Romanic building from the 12th century, with rectangular nave and apse. The main chapel is vaulted with worked capitals and the triumphal arch has three archivolts framed by an involving arch decorated with geometric motifs. The doorway with three rounded archivolts presents a low relief on tympanum appearing Santo Agostinho.
